Position: Student Journalist Internship

 

Qualifications:

• Must be a student at Jamaica College

• Excellent writing skills

• Strong research and interviewing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to provide a writing sample

• Must have own equipment (laptop, camera, etc.)

• Must have access to the Internet

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce a minimum of four engaging articles per month

• Cover a wide range of school activities, including sports, interviews, and commentary

• Contribute to our blog & social media sites, sharing stories and insights about Jamaica College

• Attend school and related events
